FIRAT Entegre Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., founded in Malatya in 1990, is one of the leading establishments in the industry with its Open-end and Ring companion melange yarn.
FIRAT, which has produced only Open-End yarn during the initial years has made investments during 2006-2016 and concentrated on Ring yarn production and also increased its capacity.
While aiming for high quality yarn production using advanced technology, FIRAT has not forgotten its’ employees’ well-being and happiness as well and continues with its activities in their own building, 36.000 m2 closed area and 52.000 m2 open area.
THE YARN WE PRODUCE
At our factory with advanced technological system, companion mélange and grege yarn are produced As Open-end and Ring Companion Melange Yarn and Open-end and Ring companion Grege yarn; Ring between the ranges of 8/1Ne - 50/1Ne and Open-end between the ranges of 8/1Ne – 36.
Carefully selected Fibers that pass thru quality control and lab tests are used in the production of yarn.
Our yarn is produced at our Ring Ring facility from cotton which has gone thru machines that separate colored and white fibers in the blow room. Our cop winders with advanced technology have the feature to separate foreign fibers. High quality cotton, viscose companion beige and mélange yarn are produced at our Uster labs in our Open-end OpenEnd facilities. The sales and marketing organization of our yarn is handled at our İstanbul office.
